Yes. We provide child and adolescent services for ages 8–18, including counseling, play therapy, emotional regulation support, and family involvement when appropriate.
Yes. We provide family therapy, couples therapy, and marriage counseling to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen relationships.
Your first appointment is an initial evaluation. Your provider will ask questions about what brings you in, symptoms, history, and goals. Together you’ll discuss recommendations and next steps.
Therapy sessions are typically 40–45 minutes. Medication management visit length depends on the type of appointment (intake vs follow-up).
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan. Our staff can help verify benefits prior to your appointment.
Self-pay options are available. We can review rates with you before services begin.
Yes. Your privacy is important to us. Personal health information is protected under HIPAA and other privacy laws. Information is only shared with your written authorization or as required by law.
We recommend not sharing sensitive medical or mental health information by email or text. If you need to discuss personal details, we’ll do so privately by phone or during your appointment.

Treatment frequency is usually once a week. The overall length of treatment depends on your individual needs and your personalized treatment plan.
